Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Simple, absolutely delicious quick-fix snack!

3 sweet potatoes, sliced into thin strips

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp cumin (if desired)

1 cayenne pepper, minced

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Combine all ingredients and toss in a large bowl, making sure everything is coated well
  • Place on a baking sheet (it’s OK if they overlap) and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning over half way through
